My journey started with my desire to serve in the US military, and I earned my commission through the University of Florida ROTC program in 2002.
As a US Air Force Officer, I held several roles including Behavioral Scientist, Aerospace Physiologist, and Squadron Commander. In these roles, I led multiple teams and provided human performance instruction to special operations forces, fighter/bomber pilots, transport aircrew, FAA, and foreign partner nations in Central and South America. I’ve flown in 14 Department of Defense aircraft, ranging from fighters to transport and helicopters. A memorable highlight in my career was working with Air Force One aircrew.
What I cherish most from my experiences is the opportunity to lead people and developing a profound connection with our mission. I look forward to bringing the Mission's Voice experience to your teams across the globe.

HEROIC is a globally recognized public speaking and thought leadership training institute based in Lambertville, NJ, focusing on enhancing employee engagement through impactful communication. Alex is an alum of the GRAD | Speech Writing Mastery and Stage Performance Mastery program, where he received extensive training in speech development and performance mastery, essential for delivering compelling leadership lessons as a keynote speaker.
